I'll probably get a lot of hate for saying this, but PUBG and Fortnite are two most overhyped games and neither of them are fun for me. If I wanted to play a free-for-all game, I'll hook up my Nintendo 64, put in Perfect Dark and blast away. Now these two are going to be in a courtbattle because the creators of PUBG is suing Fortnite creators for "copyright infringement".
Problem is there's no case. Battle Royal isn't a copyrighted theme, that's why more and more games are having this mode be featured in their games. Although it's the cheapest way to make more money. But because these two games are SO HUGE in the gaming industry, let's take that and put it in our game? If the first-person shooter was a copyrighted thing, I think ID would have claimed that since Quake. And all these shooter games would not exist today if that happened.
I don't like either game, but PUBG, you have no case. Especially when you are also a rip off of another game as well.
